Full Job Description

Our agency is currently looking for Registered Behavior Technicians to join our team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in school or home
• Provide training to caregivers in home
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by behavior analyst
• Collect and submit client behavior data
• Participate in weekly supervision with the client and behavior analyst
• Ensure a positive and safe environment for client
• Timely and accurately complete and submit documentation

Education and Experience

• A High School diploma with experience working with children with special needs. Strong organizational skills, honest and ethical behavior and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certificate required.

• Ability to pass a level 2 background screening

• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable working with children between the ages 2 and up and working in family homes
