Position Overview
The role of the Regional VP of Operations (“RVP”) is to develop and lead our best-in-class, rapidly growing network of service delivery locations. The RVP will:
· Possess ability to lead and work effectively with company executives, senior operations leaders, and industry partners.
· Ensure development / maintenance of appropriate organizational structure (people / processes / systems) to manage and scale the business effectively and efficiently.
· Be responsible for P&L performance and achieving profitable growth, and ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
· Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
Responsibilities
Relationship Management. Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to enable achievement of operational performance, business growth, and profitability objectives while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and team performance, engagement, and retention.
Market Development. Oversee successful market expansion while interfacing with industry partners, including building and developing teams and delivering on quality and customer experience expectations.
Continuous Improvement. Effectively leverage data analytics for measuring KPIs, diagnosing operational performance, and supporting business planning. Responsible for P&L, budgeting, supply chain management, and revenue cycle performance.
Market Intelligence / Strategic Thinking. Understand market landscape and leverage information developed through data analysis to gain and maintain market advantage and develop strategic priorities. Anticipate operational challenges and identify / execute solutions.
Leadership and Culture. Build high-performing teams by recruiting and developing leaders and teams. Drive engagement, culture, and retention and demonstrate leadership with teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications and Required Skills:
- Proven ability to build, lead, and scale a high growth, multi-site operations function.
- High EQ with experience in developing relationships across multiple levels
- Proven ability to deliver top notch results through influence and collaboration.
- Excellent communicator across all levels of the organization.
- Strong business acumen coupled with solid decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify trends, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Minimum 7-10 years operations experience in roles of increasing responsibility.
- Prior P&L ownership preferred
