Regional Sales Manager
Salary: $75,000 - $115,000 + Commission
Summary of Position
We are a rapidly growing national surveillance provider in the multifamily industry seeking a qualified individual to generate new leads, close sales in a designated area, and to manage assigned account base. Each sale will be managed at all stages by the Representative, starting with the initial communication, the property walks, and generating the presentation and delivery of the proposal to the client. This position requires travel, attendance to trade shows, and involvement in Industry associations.

Essential Job Functions
- Source, develop leads, prospect and continuously network
- Ability to use various sales methods (in person meetings, virtual meetings, and presentations) to achieve yearly targets that will be measured and reviewed quarterly
- Travel within assigned region for meetings, trade shows, and customer and industry association events
- Property walks both in person and virtually with prospects
- Enter, track and maintain client information and other sales functions within our CRM system
- Ongoing/Scheduled client interactions to ensure quality control of account base
Industry Representation and Collaboration
- Building and maintaining police and other law enforcement relationships
- Apartment Association events, membership, and participation will require after-hours events
- Interpreting and delegating client concerns and issues to the proper departments and assist in resolutions
- Consistent and meaningful client and prospect email communication
- Ongoing sales trainings, technical education, and industry knowledge
- Weekly reporting to peer group
- Monday- Friday 8-6 availability for communication standard and additional if required
Job Skills and Requirements
- 3-5 years business to business sales experience
- Proven sales record with the ability to close based on trust, information, and honest business practices.
- Multifamily Housing Industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or related applicable experience
- Proven above average written and verbal communication
- Analytical skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
