Commission Sales Associate:
United MHC is looking for a dedicated and self-driven Account Executive to work remote in the New York City and surrounding area! This position is responsible for consigning a variety of specialized HVAC and Electrical equipment to select style customers from our supply branches and partnered supply areas. Includes cold calling, developing strong relationships with customers, and managing the our sales presence in your dedicated territory of responsibility while upholding United MHC guidelines and core values.

Main Areas of Focus:
Role would include the following. (Other ideas may be mutually accepted for growth.)
- Identify and solicit HVAC and Electrical Rental equipment to sell from our proven business model.
- Assist in the negotiations and pricing process.
- Present range of products to medium to large size companies and/or customers. Including a specialty client base with continuous lead support from our marketing team.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships within the defined territory of the facility managers, hospitals, K-12, Higher Ed, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, and General Contractor base.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Forecast and track key account metrics in Hubspot.
- support to attend trade shows when necessary.
- Meet the minimum expectations for Regional Account Executive position, as outlined by the Vice President.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in market territory to generate new business.
- Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations, when necessary, to existing and prospective customers.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Liaise between customer and dedicated account manager to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.
- Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Maintain a professional image.
- Follow all Company safety rules and safety policies.
- Some temporary HVAC equipment deliveries may be required as part of your duties.
Suggested Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated successful outside sales and customer service experience
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficient with Excel Spreadsheets and MS programs
- Ability to utilize and report on HubSpot CRM
- Ability to utilize electronic estimating app and software on the fly.
- Extremely detail oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organization skills.
- Must demonstrate integrity, persistence, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Strong analytical and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
Educational Background:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in a business related field is preferred.
Specific Conditions:
- Oral communication over the phone and in person.
- Ability to view computer monitor.
- Sitting for long periods of time.
- Alpha/numeric keyboarding.
Outside Sales Conditions:
- The work environment for this position is varied due to the differences in our work site. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical equipment and various weather conditions.
- This is a remote position that will require working from home.
Compensation Structure:
- (Base+Commission) High Volume Commison Plan that can make $100-$225k per year.
