You'll achieve success by:
Partnering with the Operational Excellence and department teams to lead the successful opening of studios within their assigned region.
Providing visible support and manages sales (80%) and operations (20%) of assigned regional studios to ensure they are positioned to meet or exceed goals.
Partnering with Managing Clinical Directors (MCDs) to educate them on key performance indicators and practice behaviors that support their business goals.
Partnering with MCDs and Recruitment to assess, select, and hire members of their assigned teams to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
Partnering with MCDs, Operational Excellence, and Director of Sales to evaluate studio managers' performance, provide recognition and feedback, resolve performance issues, and take appropriate corrective action when needed.
Partnering with MCDs, studio managers, and Practice Support Center (PSC) teams to identify and execute corrective actions to improve studio performance.
Providing input to the Director of Operations on initiatives, policies, and practices that support company goals and objectives.
Supporting pilot initiatives assigned to their regional offices.
Understanding the business structure of The Aspen Group and its role as a support service provider for the MCDs and their locations and can educate direct reports on this structure and TAG's role.
Responding to escalated issues as needed
Qualifications:
Education Level: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prefer 2 years of experience in P&L management across multiple Studios.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 75%.
Ability to use Microsoft Office Word, Excel applications, and company operational systems.
