Premier Mounts (a Gamber-Johnson company), an award-winning manufacturer of mobile and professional audiovisual mounting solutions trusted to be "Rugged, Reliable, and Responsive!" is looking for a driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Premier Mounts Sales Team.
What You’ll Do:
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for proactively managing your assigned sales territory, focusing on both cultivating new business and nurturing existing business. You will serve as a trusted consultant in this role, providing best-in-class solutions to our partner’s needs. By focusing on Premier Mount’s value proposition, you will help further distinguish Premier Mounts as the partner of choice for both new and existing customers. In this role, you will focus on opportunities within the professional audio visual and point-of-sale markets.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective sales programs to achieve sales growth through acquisition of new accounts and retention of current accounts.
- Identification and prioritization of new prospects. Development of a systematic method for penetrating new accounts, securing their business, and clearly identifying methods for establishing exceptional customer support.
- Manage and track lead generation and sales pipeline through business development tools.
- Develop new sales opportunities through direct engagement with end users.
- Forecast accurately to develop predictability for gross revenue/net sales (month, quarter, year).
- Timely and effective communication with internal and external partners.
- Manage assigned sales region through the utilization of a CRM (Salesforce).
- Work collaboratively with inside sales representatives and cells to ensure proper product implementation and customer satisfaction.
- Assist marketing with market research, feedback, new product ideas and competitive pricing suggestions.
- Extensive travel providing focused field sales coverage in the following sales region – Premier Mounts - Southeast encompasses: TX, LA, MS, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC, TN

Work will be performed remotely within the assigned sales region.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years working in Pro Audio-Visual (Pro AV) sales environment.
- Strong relationships with Pro AV distributors, resellers, and industry consultants.
- Proven track record in consultative selling in Pro AV market.
- Strong presenter, negotiator, and influencer.
- Organized with good attention to detail.
