Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned region. This is a remote position that requires frequent travel.
Duties:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed Regional Sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3-5 years of wire and cable experience
- Proven track record of success in technology sales or business development
- Strong analytical skills to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
