Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager with experience in the label printing industry to join our team. We're specifically looking for someone with experience with durable labels sold to manufacturers. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your assigned region. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong technical sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of success in printing sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the assigned region
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to optimize sales opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and customers
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide coaching and guidance to the sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and promotions
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends
Experience:
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in the label printing industry
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent analytical skills to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Previous experience in outside sales, account management, or business development is preferred
- Proficiency with a CRM software is highly desirable

Pay: $85,844.00 - $98,312.00 per year
