Come join our team as an Outreach Coordinator for our Burn Program. We care for our community and want to make sure that everyone knows about the burn services available at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center.
Job Summary and QualificationsThe Outreach Coordinator for the Burn Program is responsible for developing, aligning, and retaining referrals from market physicians and referring hospitals for burn services in addition to educating community and related stakeholders of the services available.
In this Coordinator role you will:
- Identify target markets and be very familiar with hospital operations, language, and key roles.
- Facilitate the retention of physician relationships, referring hospital relationships and community relationships.
- Be responsible for developing and providing education in a variety of settings including but not limited to EMS departments, ED departments and staff and community events.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of education designed to convey specialized knowledge and skills to the target audience.
- Other related functions to assist with continued growth of the burn service line for the hospital
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in field of study related to this position Nursing, Physical Therapy or other closely related field
- Must be willing to travel and be away from home several days to meet with key individuals in Idaho, Wyoming and Montana
Preferred Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse, advanced practice nurse, physical therapist in the state of Idaho
