Retail Sales Key Holder

Anne Fontaine is a luxury ready-to-wear designer who has imposed the white shirt as the main staple of the feminine wardrobe since 1993. Our house offers an exclusive line of accessories styled around the blouse, which has allowed Anne Fontaine to expand into a global lifestyle brand.

Objectives:

As an Anne Fontaine brand ambassador, you will work closely with our Boutique Manager to achieve the below objectives:

· Lead and support the company’s growth plan by providing superior client experiences to all our guests

· Adaptability to the Anne Fontaine selling culture with focus on engagement and styling

· Actively listens in conjunction with coaching and development from your Direct Supervisor

· Demonstrates impeccable salesmanship with the ability to adapt to the needs of the business which results in achieving all sales and KPI goals

· Build and retain clientele by developing relationships with our guests

· Partnering with our Boutique Manager to comply with all company policies and procedures including maintaining store/visual presentation standards

Profile:

· Proven track record of business growth and exceeding KPI goals with experience in a selling environment

· Has a great fashion aesthetic with a passion for styling clients

· A charismatic and dynamic individual who will deliver a unique experience that resonates with our brand

· A self-starter who is results oriented and committed to fostering an exciting store environment

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to master new challenges in a team atmosphere

· Ability to actively move around all store areas and must be attentive to all clients.

· Flexible schedule with availability based on the needs of the business including nights, weekends and holidays
