The Regional Manager for Inter-State Studio Franchises serves as a vital liaison between the franchise group and individual franchisees, working directly with franchise operators to provide hands-on support, guidance, and assistance. This role encompasses working with the National On-boarding Manager during the on-boarding process and the ongoing management of the relationship between the franchise group and franchisees. The primary objective is to support the operations of all franchise locations, helping them optimize their performance and profitability while upholding brand standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities
Franchise Operations Management
- Act as a resource for the day-to-day operations of the franchise.
- Collaborate with franchisees to ensure the effective execution of business plans and adherence to operational standards.
- Implement and support best practices to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Franchisee Support and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with individual franchisees.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to franchise operators from on-boarding through ongoing operations.
- Address franchisee concerns and challenges, resolving them effectively.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess franchisee needs and offer assistance.
Brand and Standards Compliance
- Ensure that franchise locations consistently adhere to the brand's standards and guidelines.
- Conduct quality assurance assessments to maintain brand consistency and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with franchisees to implement changes and improvements as needed.
Performance Optimization
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities for performance optimization.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop action plans and strategies for business growth.
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
Reporting and Communication
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on the performance of franchise locations.
- Communicate effectively with franchisees, sharing insights, feedback, and guidance.
- Act as a conduit for communication between franchisees and the Director.
Collaboration with Director
- Work closely with the Franchise Director to maintain brand consistency and strategic direction.
- Provide input on franchise development strategies and operational improvements.
- Collaborate on marketing and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Experience
- Proven experience in franchise management, business development, or related roles
- Strong knowledge of the school photography industry standards
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive performance improvements
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
