Regional Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of 10-20 restaurants in the Nashville/Central Tennessee region. You will be responsible for driving profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance, while ensuring that all restaurants operate in accordance with company standards and brand values.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to restaurant District Managers
- Develop and implement regional business plans to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
- Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food quality, and guest service
- Provide coaching and mentorship to District Managers and General Managers
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified restaurant staff
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Manage regional budgets and financial performance
- Build and maintain positive relationships with restaurant teams, guests, and local communities
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a multi-unit operation
- Proven track record of success in driving sales, profitability, and guest satisfaction
- Strong leadership, people development, and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferable
