Regional Manager– Dining Services K12

For our K-12 Charter and private schools’ partners across United States, Our Company is looking for an experienced managing a business portfolio between twenty (20) to thirty (30) school cafeterias. The Regional Manager for K-12 must have seven years of experience. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our clients, exert influence over them, and lead our teams to fulfill all contractual obligations promptly and within budget. Requires exceptional financial acumen.

The successful candidate will collaborate with our clients on all contract and account operations-related matters to establish and maintain a strong and mutually beneficial business relationship, all while providing strong strategic leadership. Everyday obligations will incorporate giving group initiative, by and large preparation, key development and execution, course, assessment, and control to doled out units to accomplish tasks and monetary objectives, interest in a group, HR works, laying out and keeping up with successful client and client compatibility, and giving direction to a group of Area Managers.

We are looking for candidates who has:

  • Experience with higher education is preferred
  • Possesses exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and client relations skills with the ability to work both horizontally and vertically in the organization
  • Strong Financial acumen with demonstrated success handling complex financial contracts with many aspirational requirements
  • Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple and often conflicting priorities, meet deadlines, and proactively address operational and client needs
  • Business development skills to successfully target growth opportunities
  • Lead and manage employees in a collaborative manner with several generations in the workplace to make every day a better day for our clients and managers is critical
  • Be responsible for the positive outcomes for all planning, organizing and working the Brand at all service experiences in a respectful and appreciative manner
  • Supervise team members by leading and directing activities of team members in specific discipline strategy, monitoring development and performance of team members
  • Ability to manage the interview and succession planning processes in accordance with company policy including booking and conducting technical interviews, entering interview notes on time, and providing accurate and timely collaboration with the recruiting team and schools partners
  • Proven ability to develop and motivate a team and promote developing our front-line hourly team into the next generation of management level leaders
  • Ability to travel with the assigned location: 75%

Position Summary

Serves as company point of contact for multiple locations in each area. Through subordinate managers, supervisors, and employees, responsible for successfully coordinating and directing all activities within the assigned geographic area, including financial performance, client retention, and employee training and development. works with each client on all contract and account operations issues to build and keep a strong business relationship that benefits both parties and ensures account retention.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - bachelor's degree or equivalent

Basic Management Experience - 7 years

Basic Functional Experience - 7 years

Experience on K12 Dining Services is required – 5 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
