Position Overview:
As a Regional Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional service and support. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet or exceed expectations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent a market-leading company and drive growth in the metal powder industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the metal powder sector.
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other prospecting activities.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to educate customers on the benefits and applications of our metal powder products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our brand and establish strong industry relationships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the metal powder or related industry.
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
- MUST be a US resident.
