We are looking for a dedicated Regional Front Office Administrator (RFOA)to join our team in the Colorado state. The RFOA may occasionally work remotely, but the expectation is that they are in a clinic each day.
The RFOA will work with providers and patient services representative staff in their region to provide excellent patient care in a pleasant working environment that embodies our core values: Quality Service, Integrity, Compassion, and Teamwork.

Things You Should Know:
- Colorado region (ProActive Physical Therapy & ActionPotential Physical Therapy)
- Mileage is reimbursed at corporate rate for Mileage
- position does require visiting every clinic in that region at least one per month
Job Duties:
- Act as resource to Central Billing Office to help ensure the operational effectiveness of Front Offices with regard to billing and collections
- Coordinate with HR/Recruiting during the interview process to phone screen Front Office candidates and determine skill set prior to final clinic interviews
- Provide initial training for all new Front Office hires as well as follow up training when required; training will include but is not limited to billing software, customer service, payor and Front Office policies and procedures
- Help determine appropriate staffing levels for assigned Front Offices
- Review and analyze Front Office metrics for assigned clinics through determined reporting methods, providing necessary training and support to achieve key indicators set forth by Corporate
- Willing and able to collaborate on processes and procedures as an integral part of the Operational, Marketing and Revenue Cycle teams
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare required, with supervisory experience preferred
- Previous experience with Insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, Private processes and regulations
- Working knowledge of healthcare billing requirements, accounts receivable management and financial applications
- Working knowledge of mandatory billing and coding requirements, including ICD-10
- Working knowledge of HIPAA and other requirements
- Working knowledge of Payor guidelines
- Demonstrated ability to hire and train employees, appraise work performance, address employee relation issues and resolve problems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and grasp new concepts
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to travel as required
