Pay: $200000 - $240000 (total compensation, including bonus)
Location: hybrid role; open to candidates West of the Rocky Mountains (ideally Bay Area, CA) or Ann Arbor, MI
Travel: 50% - 75% (will travel to Milpitas, CA 1-2 days/week; Ann Arbor, MI, along West Coast, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania)
Job Summary
This position is a key leader on the KLA account team who is responsible for ensuring quality delivery of Facility Management Operations while supporting the Project Management, and Occupancy Planning functions. This individual will ensure all contract deliverables are met or exceeded, including operational up time, cost savings initiatives, energy consumption reduction initiatives, and service improvements and introduction of best practices and innovations.
Job Responsibilities
Relationship Management
  • Maintain high client, customer, and user satisfaction with services provided, measured through quarterly KPIs and satisfaction surveys
  • Ensure effective integration of PDS, OP, and IFM Operations across all sites to ensure seamless delivery to the client and drive a one-team mentality
  • Drive superior performance through excellent people management
  • Interface and develop relationships with peers in other regions and functions to ensure consistent delivery of global initiatives and practices
  • Vendor management for sites across United States

Project Management
  • Conceptualize and implement facilities management processes and procedures for client
  • Deliver on regional/site operational budgets, including delivering contractual savings targets, measured by achieving annual budget targets, and monthly/quarterly budget adherence targets as prescribed
  • Ensure understanding of contract requirements across the organization
  • Engage with individual sites to drive savings initiatives and keep savings tracker updated with all proper documentation
  • Drive energy savings and accurate energy data through PEERs, leveraging site teams

Compliance
  • Achieve contractual requirements and account annual goals including but not limited to work order management metrics and all contractual KPI goals

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • 10+ years Facility Management experience, with manufacturing space experience preferred
  • Strong executive presence, leadership skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business or related degree preferred

Estimated compensation for this position is:
222,000.00 - 240,000.00 USD
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
