Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Northern CA Food and BeverageRegional Manager.
The primary focus of this position will be the historic and newly reimagined Cow Palace Arena in Daly City, California. As the F&B Regional Manager, the candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operations at the Cow Palace Arena.. This will include staff management, inventory control, and administration of daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a focus on exceptional guest experiences, successful event execution, and team leadership
In addition to management of the venue in Daly City, this position offers the opportunity to further develop the immediate region and take on a key management role in two long-standing festivals in the region:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability for Food and Beverage operations, including menu development, pricing strategies, and cost-control measures.
- Manage day-to-day operations of all Food and Beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, concessions, and catering services, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
- Hire, train, and supervise a diverse team of staff members, including chefs, cooks, bartenders, servers, and support staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Assist our national festival and venue teams with expanding markets; working with team members to develop new events, acquire new venues and contribute to the overall national operations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to design menus that reflect current culinary trends, accommodate dietary restrictions, and appeal to diverse tastes and preferences.
- Oversee inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and sourcing high-quality ingredients and products while minimizing costs and waste.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and promote Food and Beverage offerings for events, concerts, conferences, and other functions hosted at the venue, driving sales and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Monitor Point of Sales system, financial performance, analyze sales data, and prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports to track progress, identify opportunities for improvement, and achieve financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and licensing requirements related to food safety, alcohol service, sanitation, and hygiene.
- Cultivate positive relationships with patrons, clients, vendors, and partners, responding promptly to feedback, addressing concerns, and seeking opportunities for collaboration and growth.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and Food and Beverage trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Available for company paid travel regionally and nationally when required.
- Ability to work unique hours when applicable.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Food and Beverage management, preferably in a similar venue or hospitality setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
- Experience with Point of Sale systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Admin or related fields is considered but not required.
