Regional Event Coordinator

Regional Event Coordinator (must have 2-3 years experience in event planning and management or related fields)

Compensation: $45k Salary plus bonus/commission incentives

Work Schedule: Thursday - Monday with varying hours dictated by weekly events

Responsibilities:

• Team building, to include scouting, interviewing, hiring, training, and firing staff.
• Event management, to include scouting, booking, staffing, setting up and tearing down.
• Cost management to ensure events are staffed properly and ran efficiently
• Data Entry, to include entering contacts from events to company CRM
• Working events yourself while overseeing and ensuring the success of events where you are not present.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event coordinating & management, or other related fields
• Previous experience in building and managing a team
• Previous experience working events and collecting leads
• Proven track record for getting results
