Marketing: Trade Show and On-Line Event Coordinator
We are looking for an experienced Event Coordinator to plan and organize our company’s attendance at industry Trade Shows and on-line events. You will be responsible for all aspects of coordinating a successful event, including tracking of events, venues, booth materials, and coordinating travel when necessary. You will also coordinate and track on-line events such as webinars, podcasts, etc., and will work with the marketing team to evaluate success afterwards. An Event Coordinator must be well-organized and competent in task management. Communication skills and attention to detail are requirements for this position.
Responsibilities
- Understand requirements and coordinate company’s involvement in each event
- Plan event attendance with attention to financial and time constraints
- Track inventory and coordinate the allocation of company’s materials
- Book exhibitor attendance, schedule speakers, and present marketing opportunities for events
- Assist in evaluating event’s success and submit reports
- Responsible for managing Trade Show project to ensure all deliverables are met
- Track leads for shows and help with email follow-ups
Skills
- Proven organizational and task management experience
- A proven track record of organizing events
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding communication ability
- Well-organized with multi-tasking skills
- Able to handle stress and remain calm
- Problem-solving ability
- Experience with project management system a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.68 per hour
