Day of Wedding Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Wedding Planner to join our team. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of Weddings, ensuring that each event is a memorable and seamless experience for our clients. If you have a passion for creating beautiful and unforgettable weddings, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.

Duties:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their wedding vision, preferences, and budget
- Plan and organize all aspects of Weddings, including venue selection, vendor coordination, menu planning, and timeline management
- Assist clients in selecting wedding themes, colors, decorations, and other design elements
- Coordinate with vendors such as florists, photographers, caterers, and musicians to ensure smooth execution of all wedding-related services
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best rates and services for clients
- Market wedding planning services to attract new clients through various channels
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on wedding etiquette and traditions
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of Wedding venues on the Day of the event
- Manage all logistical aspects of Weddings, including transportation arrangements and guest accommodations
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes

Qualifications:

- MUST BE AVAILABLE APRIL 26th & 27th FOR WEDDING
- Previous experience in wedding planning or related field is a MUST
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure timely execution of events
- Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations is a plus
- Proficiency in events management software or tools is desirable
- A creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for clients

Note: All positions at our company are paid, including internship positions.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
