The Regional Director, Value-Based Operations is responsible for planning, directing and evaluating the administrative operations of the CIN/ACO/Network. The Regional Director must have an understanding and solid interpretation of the regulations associated with ambulatory value‐based payment programs such as the Medicare Shared Savings Program and similar commercial and Medicaid value-based arrangements as well as related Quality Payment Programs. The Regional Director, Value-Based Operations will be considered a subject matter expert for these programs managing the daily administrative operations. The Director will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in and across the region to develop and implement the region population health strategy to grow and develop the network. The Director will drive key strategies; serve as the subject matter expert in legislative quality reporting programs, operationalize and implement risk contracts for payer contracts as well as other strategic initiatives.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

 

• Master’s degree in healthcare administration, Public Health, or Business Management
• 1‐5 years of healthcare experience with increased responsibility
  
• Ability to comprehend and follow instructions; maintain attention and concentration for necessary periods; synthesize, coordinate, and analyze data, perform simple and repetitive tasks; maintain a work pace

 

Sedentary work - prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs. force occasionally

Pay Range:

$121,451 - $204,900 / annually
