Position: Regional Director of Nursing
Location: Colorado Sandstone Care Inpatient Facilities
- Adolescent Residential Treatment Center (Cascade, CO)
- Adolescent Residential Treatment Center (Boulder, CO)
- Medical Detox / Residential Treatment Center (Colorado Springs, CO)
Schedule: Full Time | Monday to Friday with On Call Responsibility
Compensation: $125,000-140,000 + Benefits

Your duties will include...
- Reviewing/updating Nursing/Behavioral Health Technician related protocol, policies, and procedures and ensuring that training is provided.
- Overseeing all staffing, scheduling, payroll, and HR related functions of the nursing department, including, but not limited to interviewing, hiring, and disciplinary actions.
- Working with the Compliance Officer to ensure that requirements for the Nursing Department set forth by the State and/or other regulatory agencies are met and that nursing/tech related areas operate safely.
Education:
- Bachelor Degree in Science or higher; Nursing (RN License/Compact License in region covered) REQUIRED
Training & Experience:
- Valid driver's license
- Registered Nurse License
- Previous experience with treatment of substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders is required; preferred experience with a treatment facility in the detox, residential, partial hospitalization ("PHP"), and/or intensive outpatient ("IOP") setting
- Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership
