Location: Georgia - Travel will be required!
Experience as RDO is preferred!

The RDO will oversee the operations of his/her assigned territory.
- Monitors overall community operations to ensure quality standards, operating efficiency levels, financial performance standards and timetables are met;
- Ongoing development and implementation of company operating systems for community level operations;
- Leads Executive Directors; supports ED in recruitment, development and coaching of community leadership team;
- Assists in the preparation of and ongoing monitoring of annual budgets;
- Ensures that occupancy and financial targets are met and exceeded;
- Ensures that communities are compliant with city, state, and federal regulatory requirements;
- Participates in and supports the development of short-term and long-term plans to meet the established goals
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator
- Experience as a RDO preferred
Other Required Skills and Abilities:
- Must live in or be able to relocate to OK
- Ability to travel overnight on a regular basis
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
