Responsibilities

• Oversee 3 ABA centers in the Phoenix market.
• Experience managing P&L, and billing utilization goals.
• Oversee hiring, training and onboarding initiatives between your centers.
• Routine site visits, including trainings, meetings and audits.
• Support Clinical Directors, ABA Staff, and Client Families.

Qualifications

Required

• BCBA or BCBA-D
• 2+ Years Experience as Clinical Director or Similar role. 
• LBA in Arizona

Compensation

• $120K - 150K
• Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K)
