The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the overall operations of a region, including the management of staff, the development and implementation of strategic plans, and the achievement of financial goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, as well as experience in a leadership role.
- This is a remote position that requires 80% travel weekly.
- Candidate will be responsible for 15-25 Hospitals.
- Position is Business Focused.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of staff and oversee the day-to-day operations of a region
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the region
- Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure that the region is meeting its financial goals
- Recruit, hire, and train new staff
- Resolve employee conflicts and complaints
- Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders
- This is a remote position that requires 80% travel weekly. Qualified candidates will be required to reside in one of the following states: Kansas, Missouri, Colorado, Illinois, Nevada, Arizona, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Utah.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
- Veterinary experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
