DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Work closely with the Global Instrument Reference Data teams to understand daily operational challenges and implement tactical analytical tools and solutions to help remediate any issues. Analyze Reference Data extracts to identify manual touch points in the instrument exception management process that are causing the most volumes, and drive projects to help resolve them. Provide end-to-end support for system migrations and automation initiatives through requirement gathering, SME support, system access, UAT, Prod-Parallel testing, Controls walkthrough and signoff facilitation, SOP updates and training to the staff for the new changed process. Drive data visualization initiatives for Operations, KPI/KRI MIS dashboard implementation. Understand the metric and visualization demand of the Business, and build the Business requirement document. Facilitate delivery of cross-functional initiatives through structured project management and governance tools that ensure high quality delivery both on time and on budget. Collaborate with global teams across the business, including Operations, Product, Technology, and Controls to ensure solutions are designed and implemented in true End-To-End fashion. Ensure the solutions are built with appropriate controls in place to avoid any financial or regulatory loss.


QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or related field of study plus 4 [four] years of experience in the job offered or as Reference Data Analyst, Data Manager, Management Analyst, Business/Pricing Analytics, Service Delivery Analytics, Pricing Operations, Operations Research, or related occupation.

Skills Required: Requires experience in the following: Business Data Analytics; User Acceptance Testing; Agile tools including JIRA or Confluence; Hands on experience in Intelligent Automation tools including Ui Path, or Alteryx; Python; SQL; Instrument Reference Data; Bloomberg; Reuters; iHS Markit; ICE; Gantt Charts; Tableau; Project Management; and, Change Management.

Job Location: 700 White Clay Center Dr., Newark, DE 19711. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.
