As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring talented individuals to support our mission and vision. This position focuses on recruiting for all clinical positions, with a significant emphasis on provider recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provider Recruitment: Lead the recruitment efforts for clinical positions, with a primary focus on identifying and attracting qualified healthcare providers.
- Travel and Networking: Actively engage in recruiting and networking events to build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates. Travel to various locations to represent Tri-Cities Community Health and promote our opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media, professional associations, and community partnerships, to identify potential candidates.
- Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and collaborate with hiring teams to make informed hiring decisions that align with the health center's values.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Compliance: Stay informed about relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices are compliant.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, and generate regular reports to track recruitment metrics.

Who are we?
Our community health center began as a modest sized medical clinic in Pasco, Washington in 1981. The clinic was founded by a small group of women in the Pasco community who saw the need to serve low income community members who could not afford to pay for Healthcare.
Tri-Cities Community Health has grown into a comprehensive non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) where we have evolved into a network of community health centers that continue with the foundation TCCH was built on and serve an even more diverse population in the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.
Requirements:Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration or related field preferred.
Minimum Work Experience
- Minimum of 2 years in recruitment.
- Recruitment in medical setting preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including, letters, memos and emails.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to research and analyze data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, staff, and contacts outside the organization.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access) and internet resources.
