The Contractor shall provide an Energy Manager (EM) certified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate or LEED Accredited Professional (AP), Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and Certified Energy Manager (CEM) with a minimum of five years’ experience performing energy and resource management functions.
This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.
Responsibilities
Developing and maintaining a strategic energy management plan.
Trend analysis for greenhouse gases, fuel consumption, water consumption, sewer throughput, peak performance, and energy consumption.
Developing an energy conservation report.
Qualifications
The candidate shall, as a minimum, possess a Bachelor’s degree with an Engineering technical background (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil, etc.).
The Energy Manager will be expected to serve as the primary contractor point of contact for energy management.
This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.
