The GC Admissions Specialist, provides support and guidance to potential surrogates throughout the admission process, ensuring a smooth and successful journey towards surrogacy.

Responsibilities:

• Provide information and guidance to GC regarding the surrogacy process, expectations, and requirements
• Complete the GC admission and prepare personalized GC profiles and updates available surrogate list daily.
• Request and prepare all paperwork for the GC
• Spot red flags in GC medical records and summarize the review result.
• Collaborate with the Surrogate Match Facilitator and other team members to ensure a positive experience for all parties involved

Requirements:

• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with IVF, the Surrogacy field with prior experience as a surrogate or experience working in the surrogacy industry is strongly preferred
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask/prioritize
• Critical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive work deadlines
• Familiarity utilizing client databases
• Team player; comfortable working in an interdisciplinary environment
• Takes initiative to work independently
• Goal-oriented
• Better with a second language (Mandarin/Spanish/Hindi)
