Construction Safety Specialist – Heavy Civil summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Construction Safety Specialist to oversee their Heavy Civil worksites throughout the Bay Area.

Construction Safety Specialist – Heavy Civil benefits

• Base salary of $80 – 115k
• Medical, Dental, Vision
• PTO and vacation
• Employee profit sharing

Construction Safety Specialist – Heavy Civil responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and coordinates safety program.
• Identifies hazards and completes inspections.
• Enforces safety standards and conducts daily inspections.
• Supports foremen and superintendents.
• Organizes safety meetings and trainings.
• Ensures compliance with policies and OSHA standards.
• Manages safety tracking program.

Construction Safety Specialist – Heavy Civil requirements

• BS Degree in Health and Safety, Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• 2-3 years working in Safety role with Heavy Civil experience
• AGTEK Software, some CAD LT, Microsoft Office Suite
