As Recruiting Specialist at D. French Advisors, you will have the opportunity to find and engage active and passive talent in legal and wealth management sectors. You will serve as a trusted partner to the team by actively engaging with the talent market, building and cultivating diverse candidate pools, collaborating on message strategy and sharing insights.
Work Location and Schedule Expectation: This is a hybrid role that requires candidates to be locally available in (or able to travel regularly to) our office in the Scottsdale area.
- Available and responsive during regular business hours.
- Meet weekly on-site and remotely.

Role Description
- Learn our clients and understand their desired talent or recruiting needs.
- Actively source and create message campaigns for talent and create the quickest path to the phone. Phone screens are required.
- Use resources provided to maintain relationships — continuously engage with leads, referrals, and prospects, ensuring a consistent pipeline of potential talent.
- Use your understanding of the business and employee value proposition to tell a compelling story that allows us to tap into a valuable pool of candidates who may not be actively looking for job opportunities but possess the skills and experience that align with the organization's needs.
- Meet with team on site and remotely: Pitch candidates, collaborate on strategy, and receive feedback.

- Recruiting experience: Demonstrated ability to source, engage, and place top-tier professionals.
- Sales expertise: Skilled in securing long-lasting business relationships.
- Proven “closer”: Demonstrates the skills and confidence needed to ensure that opportunities are sealed through resourceful and effective methods.
- Career guidance: Proficiency in conducting career consulting conversations.
- A well-connected network within the greater Arizona area is a plus.
- Knowledge of legal and wealth management industries are a plus, but not required.
