Job Description
The Executive Sales and Leasing Specialist is the main point of contact for the Designated Broker and a team of top producing agents. This individual will assist the Sales and Leasing Agents and especially the Designated Broker by working directly with clients, investors, landlords, buyers and tenants through the leasing, sale or purchase process.
Daily priorities include monitoring the Designated Broker's incoming messages and emails, responding on behalf of the designated Broker via phone and email, relaying information between parties, fielding/returning calls, organizing conference calls, and managing the team calendar. Strong written and verbal communication, customer service skills, and a great ability to multi-task are essential to excel in this fast paced position.
Qualifications that will help this candidate be successful:
-Strong communication and writing skills
-Microsoft Office skills with an intermediate skillset with Excel
-General understanding of legal language and contracts (and desire to learn)
-Analytical
-AZ Real Estate license (or ability to get in first 90 days of employment)
