Home care facility is seeking Recruiting Coordinators!
Responsibilities of the Recruiting Director:
- Create and manage employee work schedules, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for each shift or department.
- Coordinate shift changes and replacements as needed to cover absences or vacancies.
- Assign employees to specific job roles or tasks based on their skills, qualifications, and availability.
- Act as a liaison between employees, management, and HR regarding scheduling and staffing matters.
- Notify employees of their schedules and any changes and coordinate shift changes and replacements as needed to cover absences or vacancies.
Qualifications of Recruiting Coordinator:
- Proven experience in staffing, scheduling, or a related role.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and time-tracking systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
