Kolter Solutions is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Orlando, FL. First 2 weeks on-site fulltime then will change to a Hybrid schedule. 2 days onsite and 3 days virtual.
12-week contract position
Job Description:
The position monitors processes and procedures to create offer letters, manage background checks and ensure the candidate meets all the onboarding criteria.
Must have solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices within the Medical Industry
Create and maintain thorough and accurate HR files
Proven work experience as a Recruiting Coordinator or Recruiter
Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
