In this role you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and clerical duties including
- Coordinating and schedule meeting and appointments
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of marketing materials
- Maintain and updated site database
- Managing travel arrangements and expense repots for the team
- Be able to mange and prioritize multiple tasks effectively keeping track of deadlines and appointment be
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and superiors
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft office suite and google workspace and have the ability to learn new software quickly
- Attention to details should have a keen eye for details ensuring that all documents and reports are error free and accurate
- Interpersonal skills should be friendly approachable and able to work well with other also identify problems and provide effective solutions to over come them, answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Excellent discretion, judgment, attention to details ans initiative
