Recreation Dept Activities Assistant Responsibilities:
- To enhance the quality of life for patients/residents according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization.
- One-to-one activities utilizing interpersonal skills to meet patients/residents needs.
- Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents, family members, co-workers, volunteers, etc.
- Examples of duties; Leading a variety of group Activities; handling of resident mail, assisting with shopping lists, assisting with meal planning, seasonal decorating, cleaning activity areas/storage space, serving of special meals, baking, gardening, ArtsNCrafts, accompanying on outings, etc.
