Job Title: Reconciliations Specialist (REMOTE after training)
Pay: $17-18/hr
Schedule: 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday but flexible to work OT and Saturday
Location: Irving, TX (4 weeks of training on site and then REMOTE options available based on performance. Must be able to return to office for monthly meetings)
Position Summary: The Reconciliations Specialistprocesses the bank reconciliation functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Reconcile daily all Depository and Disbursement accounts
Work with SSC ACH team to ensure all sweeps are posted daily
Interact with Stores/SSC on any bank reconciliation research items
Monitor all Clutch tickets assigned to you
Verify that PPAY files are being created and sent by the bot
View and decision PPAY exceptions via Cash Pro in BOA

Team Player with superior service skills
Able to meet sensitive deadlines
Must be highly organized; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities
Proficient with MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Analytical problem solver
Data Entry 10 key/Alpha Numeric 8000 KSPH/Typing 40 WPM
