Account Reconciliation Specialist

Note:

• The position is REMOTE.

Position Scope:

• The client is replacing the application all financial tellers use with a new application.
• They are using both applications in the interim, which is causing a lot of exceptions.
• This team performs Account Reconciliations on those exceptions.
• Primarily cash but also check transactions.
• Will have an influx of volume through Dec 2024.
• Will support the team in working through the high volume of exceptions, ensuring all cash transactions are reconciled

Position Details:

• Position: Account Reconciliation Specialist
• Industry: Banking/Financial Services
• Job duration: 12 months (Possible Extension/Conversion based on performance)
• Client Location: Dallas, TX 75207 OR Atlanta, GA 30349 (REMOTE)
• Interviews Schedule: Virtual interviews starting from 7/17/2023
• Training Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 AM - 5:30 PM EST)
• Work Schedule (Post Training): Monday - Friday (7 AM – 4 PM EST OR 7:30 AM – 4:30 EST OR 8 AM – 5 PM EST)
• Pay Rate: $35.21/hour without any healthcare and medical benefits
• Start Date: 9/5/2023

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Collabera is looking for Account Reconciliation Specialists to help support a high volume of mostly cash exceptions.
• The client is replacing the application all financial tellers use with a new application.
• They are using both applications in the interim, which is causing a lot of exceptions.
• This team performs Account Reconciliations on those exceptions.
• Primarily cash but also check transactions.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience with Account Reconciliation.
• Exceptional Analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Quick Learner/Driven.
• Must be sharp, analytical professionals, with strong Account Reconciliation experience, with experience working with complex problems, researching, and digging for answers.
