Receptionist/Social Media Marketing

Overview:
We are seeking a talented and reliable Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team. As a receptionist, you will answer incoming calls with heavy call volume and greet incoming customers. Knowledge of farm or construction equipment is helpful. This position works closely with our inventory and social media team to put equipment online and utilize social media platforms as well as Auction Flex software and online bidding platforms. We require a strong professional courtesy in dealing with customers and good computer abilities. You must be a self-starter with the desire to contribute to a team.

Duties:

_ Communicate with staff and customers in a timely and professional manner
- At the direction of our Auction Manager - Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas
- Basic graphic design skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
