Form of workGordon Ramsay North America is adding a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to our growing team. This individual will act as a critical link in processing data into usable insights for our restaurant and corporate teams, allowing our restaurants to deliver on the Gordon Ramsay standard of remarkable experiences and exceptional hospitality to our guests. This position will report directly to the Director of FP&A.
This person will manage restaurant-level budgeting and forecasting, create variance analysis reports and financial models. and set and track key performance indicators and objectives. This person will also complete market research and comparable company analysis and present detailed monthly financial reports to operators while collaborating with senior members of the accounting, finance, and operating teams.
The ideal candidate will have five years of financial planning experience preferably in the restaurant industry, high level analytical and organizational skills, exceptional time management, and have expertise in Microsoft Office with the ability to work independently and as a team in a high-volume and fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
