We are a small Animal Hospital in Johns Creek, GA. We specialize in exotic animal species and provide an enormous amount of medical services to rabbits. Our goal is to find the perfect person to take ownership of the front desk operations, answering the phones, booking appointments and greetings patients with a friendly welcome.
If your "Superpower" is to make patients feel appreciated & valued while dealing with stressful & potentially emotional situations involving all kinds of animals... We need you! MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE working in a Vet Clinic.
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all customer interactions. This position requires a lot of patience, ability to process in a fast-paced environment, and discern what requires immediate attention quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Greet all clients by smiling and addressing them by name.
- Answer, screen, and transfer calls to the appropriate individuals in a timely, pleasant manner.
- Have a great deal of empathy.
- Help clients with their needs and questions.
- Answer questions and provide assistance via email or phone, or refer back to appropriate personnel when necessary.
- Provide the company's policies and procedures to clients; be familiar with the reception schedule and ensure that a receptionist is available at all times.
- Schedule Appointments
- Make follow-up call to check on patients status.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
