Receptionist/Front Desk Team Member

FRONT DESK TEAM MEMBER

Renew Counseling Ministries is a growing Christian mental health business in Fairlawn. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, capable of working independently and who also work well on a team, to work part-time at $13-14 per hour. Since we are a newer business, this position has the potential to expand as the need for more administrative responsibilities grow.

We are currently open Tuesday-Thursday 8 AM – 8 PM; Friday 9 AM – 4 PM and Saturday 8 AM – 2 PM therefore, front Desk Teams members will need to work some evenings and Saturdays.

The front Desk Team will:

• Answer the phone and when appropriate assist clients with on-line intake form.
• Interact with managing partners to properly direct clients.
• Respond to new client inquiries for services.
• Maintain a professional yet positive approach with clients.
• Be proficient with technology and computers.
• Maintain Electronic Medical Health files (TherapyNotes), schedules, and documents according to professional standards.
• Must have exceptional phone skills and an empathic and friendly demeanor.
• Be capable of multi-tasking and have flexibility in meeting daily needs of business.
• Other duties may be assigned.
• Training is provided.

Job Type: Part-time (less than 20 hours week)

Pay: From $13.00-$14.00 per hour depending on experience.

Education/Experience:

• Previous experience working in medical office or clinical setting preferred.
• High school or equivalent preferred.
