SalaryFront desk duties including answering office calls, checking patients in for their appointments upon arrival and checking patients out after their appointment, ordering glasses and contacts for patients, assisting patients in choosing new frames, writing orders for patients, verifying insurance, frame and contacts inventory, replacing parts for broken glasses and mounting new prescription lenses in frames when needed. Experience preferred, but not required. Excellent patient care/customer service, basic front office skills and interpersonal skills are required.
