SalarySouthside Veterinary Center is seeking a full time receptionist. Experience in a veterinary clinic and/or veterinary-related college course-work is preferred. Weekend and holiday rotation required. Excellent communication and teamwork skills is a must. Our ideal candidate will be bubbly, motivated, friendly, outgoing, tactful, punctual and responsible. Proficiency in Avimark is a plus as well as being bilingual.
Receptionists work compassionately with clients and their pets. Duties include answering multi-line phone systems, scheduling appointments, processing financial transactions, maintaining medical records, and serving as a liaison officer between doctors and clients.
