Primary duty is to keep the customers at ease under often stressful conditions. Answer phone, email, and online texts to create/confirm appointments. Be able to navigate our AVImark veterinary software for medical data entry, take payments, and print receipts. Build and maintain a rapport with clients and their pets. Always be thankful that pet owners bring in their pets for needed treatments regardless of the circumstances.
