GIK a growing acoustic treatment manufacturer in the Chamblee/Doraville area is seeking a receptionist to join our well-experienced team. Candidates should be self-motivated, well organized, works well with others, and possess an eye for detail. Candidate has ability to remain professional and courteous at all times and has excellent verbal and written skills. An interest in music production is a plus. Job training is provided.
As a Receptionist/Customer Service rep, you'll be responsible for resolving customer issues via phone and email by ascertaining issues or reason for calling. Customer Service is the front line of support for clients and customers and you will help ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features. Associate will help with placement of orders, refunds or exchanges, and will traffic customer inquiries to our design team.
Customer Service Job Duties:
- Answer the phone and respond to customer service emails
- Advise customers on general company information
- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers
- Act as the company gatekeeper
- Work with production manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
- Works well with shipping team to complete orders on time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
