Receptionist

Helgesen, Houtz & Jones is looking for a friendly, outgoing individual to undertake all the receptionist and clerical duties at the front desk of a busy law firm.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality. The goal of this position to help our clients and potential clients feel as comfortable and important as possible. The ability to multi task and prioritize is crucial to your success in this position because at times you may receive multiple phone calls, while simultaneously helping clients in the office. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

This is a full-time position. The hours will be standard business hours from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls, and forward calls to the appropriate person

• Schedule appointments
• Manage attorney calendars
• Greet all clients and visitors upon entering the office
• Organize case files
• Manage office inventory
• Other office duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
