Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy working with people.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar
- Insert customer details in our CRM we will provide training
-Post our ads on social media (we will provide training)
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the office staff as needed
-Know basic computer and Microsoft word and excel
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Professional demeanor and appearance
