What will you be doing?

Assumes responsibility for all aspects of Medical Receptionist operations according to office policy including, but not limited to:

1. Greet patient and begin check-in and check-out process

2. Provide appropriate forms to patient and ensure they are completed and signed where applicable.

3. Review and update all demographics verbally with patient at time of interaction

4. Accurately provide all fees and costs that patient is responsible for or will incur, and verify any discrepancies with billing 5. Provide patient with portal information and directives for enrolling online through www.mahv.net

6. Scheduling and rescheduling patients’ appointments to accommodate patients and doctors schedules when necessary
