Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer support and ensuring smooth operations. ```Duties```
- Greet and welcome clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Transcribe documents and proofread for accuracy
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

```Skills```
- Experience working in a law office is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computerized systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage calendars and schedule appointments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
